- If a Charter must be terminated early due to bad weather, in which the captain makes the decision, you will be charged for the time away from the dock.
- If bad weather prevents fishing, your charter will be rescheduled or your deposit shall be refunded.
- Two weeks notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
